I will update my review when and if I receive any response to my many emails and voice message or even the Facebook message. I paid extra for "package protection." One of the jars arrived smashed, the oily product getting all over every other jar. I immediately sent an email with a picture. That was days ago. Each day I send another message or call and am getting nothing. You want RETURN customers I'm assuming. Well, your terrible customer service is definitely making me a one timer with your company
What's cool about Big Spoon Roasters is that you can order online or in person at a specialty shop where you live. Initially, I ordered a small jar of the Lemon Cookie Cashew Butter. If you order from them directly, the customer service is exemplary. They absolutely stay in contact from the time the order is completed all the way to the delivery.
