Big Splash completed our beautiful in-ground pool/spa 4 months ago. Complete with pavers and a patio they turned our backyard into a resort. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the work they had done. I had them return to check on one of the jets and a refresher on how to work the valves and pumps. I live in a community that hired them. Their quote started out at around 78000.00 to refurbish our pool. They ended up charging 83, 000. It took way longer than it was supposed to for them to start working on the pool. They left it unfinished with pebbles all over the place and dents in the pavers and the stainless steel ladder started rusting after just a few months of them being installed.
