We reached out to Big Splash to help us with detecting a leak we had in our pool. They were prompt and professional when they came out. Tentatively diagnosed where they thought the leak was coming from and had us wait a couple days until the water no longer went down. Once it stopped they came back out and fixed the issue right away. We thought we had a leak in our pool. Big Splash came out and identified the issue which wasn’t a leak at all. They explained to us what was going on and fixed it. We were so happy they were honest and saved us the expense and hassle of fixing a major leak. I highly recommend this company
