I had worked with this company for three years because they were used by the previous owners of the house that I purchased. Service was usually pretty good except for one time when one of the employees took some of my equipment. It was returned after I called and asked about it. I just want to say that for the most part - yes, the company can be tough to get a hold of. HOWEVER - Stacey answers ALL her emails and has been more than helpful in my times of need. The crews sent out are knowledgeable and do a great job serving the pool and my equipment. I will continue to use this pool service moving forward for summers to come.
