I asked Big Splash to come out to clean my pool and figure out what was wrong with my pump and filters. They cleaned the pool and dumped chemicals in, no water analysis and no evaluation of my pump and filters, and no follow up! 2 weeks later I figured out, my DE filter needed new grids. They cleaned my pool great, but if you need any thing else, call someone else.
We've had an excellent experience with big splash Pool service, and their professional and courteous help at reasonable prices.
