I took Big Splash's "pool school" to learn about the pool that came with the new home I moved into. They answered my questions, walked me through all of the different pieces of equipment and explained what I needed to do to keep it in good shape. Also when my filter timer stopped working, they came out very quickly and fixed the problem. I look forward to continuing to use their services for my pool.

I asked Big Splash to come out to clean my pool and figure out what was wrong with my pump and filters. They cleaned the pool and dumped chemicals in, no water analysis and no evaluation of my pump and filters, and no follow up! 2 weeks later I figured out, my DE filter needed new grids. They cleaned my pool great, but if you need any thing else, call someone else.
