Answered phone in person on a Sunday afternoon. Worked me into his schedule on Monday. This was nice even though I explained my issue was under control and his most likely first availability was Tuesday. My 3rd repair over the years. Excellent results all three times!
Matt was on time, cleaned up and set us up for success in replacing our water heater with a model that fit our needs. Highly recommend!
