Waited 25 minutes just to hear that they lost my order. Asked for a refund as the mall was closing in 10 minutes. I put my buzzer down and the cashier argued and said i threw it and spent another 5 minutes arguing when i kept asking for a refund. Actually worst experience ive had lmaoo
Ordered a routine and the fries were not fully cooked. Went back to let them know and they served me a 2nd batch again with not fully cooked fries.
Quick and seamless ordering, food was prepared in 6 minutes, and one of the best flame cooked burgers I've ever had. A full combo is ~20 bucks and is pricey, given how small the fries portion is, but the cheddar bacon burger was phenomenal. If I ever drive through Calgary again, this is the place to stop.
