Diane planned our Alaska Cruise! She made our trip super easy and did an amazing job! We will be in contact again. We used other travel agents in the past that we had a lot of issues with. We will be using Big Sky travel again!
Diane was awesome! Planned our trip to Hawaii and we had to postpone because of the pandemic last year. She did all the canceling and re booking which I’m sure was not easy. She let us know of all the issues about going or not going this year and never pressured us at all and was always available to talk to about anything.
