Sales rep came totally unprepared. No product brochures, no business card. Never discussed window options (material, price range, etc...)Got back an outrageous non itemized estimate, with obviously the highest priced window available. Didn't even bother to follow-up. I guess my job wasn't profitable enough.
Craig and his staff were very accommodating service was excellent will use again if needed
