Can’t relate to the other reviews posted here as I’ve had the best experience working with Mary Black over the past few weeks. She is knowledgeable, professional and you can tell she is passionate about what she does. I am the type of person that needs action items and goals instead of just talk therapy and Dr. Black’s approach is spot on for what I need. Highly recommend.

We had a similar experience as others posted with Mary Black - it took her months to get back to us! We offered to pay and not worry about insurance and it still took forever. She did not return emails and was horrible at communicating. When we finally got the report- it was a joke! I’m so disappointed in her professionalism and ability. She claims she is passionate about working with folks on certain issues- yet that never came through. Do not go here- you will only be disappointed.
I am very disappointed with the services I got from Mary Black. She left me in the dark for months even with me following up a couple times, only to email me my results and harass me about payment. It is very disheartening as I feel because they are a private provider they only care about the money. My suicidal ideation was not taken seriously and I feel very dismissed and discouraged on moving forward with my mental health care. What a joke…
