We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Richardson. They handled my son with so much patience and genuine care, immediately getting down on his level to make him feel comfortable and heard. Everything was explained clearly in a way that both my son and I could understand, which really helped ease his nerves. My son’s appointments ran on time and went quickly which we both appreciated. Both the dentist and assistant made sure he was comfortable before starting.
Always has been a great experience at Big Sky - first time to the Whitefish office to undergo anesthesia which was a great caring experience! Dr Richardson and Dr Nygard were both excellent! Of course the office ladies too.
