I’ve worked with Dustin and his team for a couple of years now on two office buildouts. Dustin is a creative problem-solver, moves quickly when timing matters, and really understands the construction process and the industry. I also worked closely with Ryan, the superintendent, on both projects, and he was excellent. Update: It is now mid June and still nothing. Completely the worst experience working with Dustin and Chris. Do not let the bank do 97% payment of the project. Otherwise you will not get the work done. Many promises went unmet. 97% completion in October 2025. Didn't see or hear from them until December. Promised completion in December, but had to be pushed back because of "another project needing to be completed". Finally in mid February they were "mostly done", but hooked up a contraption that shuts off the water to the who... read more

BigSky is the best team to build a dental Clinic in PNW!! From start to finish they helped in building our new dental clinic. Assisting us with choosing the right location from the options we had with multiple spaces, then they sent out quotes for each space and also by providing pro/cons for each space. Comapred with othe clinic developers, price was not cheapest but were all inclusive without hidden changes or missing scope, ultimately i made the best decision by hiring the best team ( BigSky).
I really enjoyed working with Big Sky for my start up orthodontic practice in Seattle. I highly recommend them for any project! There are so many people involved in a start up’s journey, but Big Sky stood out as being one of the most responsive and dependable.
