This place is the worst! I have been waiting to write this review, hoping it would get better, but it's not, and wont. It started with their front desk lady (Shelby), calling me to share that my co-payment was going to be almost $300. When I asked if that was the 20% as my deductible had been met, she proceeded to tell me that their billing lady is great, is usually never wrong, and "wouldn't take my word for it, had to verify." I said, "I will call my insurance as well to verify as I'm not taking your word for it." They cal... read more
Naya McKinnon was able to finally give me answers that other rheumatologist brushed off. She listened and actually worked to figure out what is wrong! They are amazing!
Professional, caring staff. DR McKinnon is patient and informative. Great relaxed manor.
Would not reccomend. Have been searching for a Rheumatologist for months, finally got an appointment. Naya Mckinnon literally spent less than 20 minutes speaking with me after driving over 80 miles to hopefully get help. Went home with orders for xrays and blood work that I promptly did the beginning of April and had sent over. I've now had follow appointments rescheduled 3 times and have spent over $1200 in medical bills for no doctor to even review the results. Very frustrating.
