They do not call you back and they do not pay in a timely manner. I can attest to this because I am still chasing payment for work that was done for this company 8 months ago. I have no idea how they act on the phone, because I haven't been able to get them to answer their phone.
I work with a number of property managers in the area, and let me tell you, Jordan at BSHM gets top marks. He is a great communicator and has shown the utmost professionalism in every interaction. If you are looking for someone you can trust in Big Sky, look no further.
Kate, Justin, and the Big Sky Home Mgmt team are exceptionally attentive to all the details of property management. Whether its routine services like filling the fridge, maintaining the hot tub, and snow removal, or managing extensive projects like a complete roof replacment or bathroom reno, or even adding some of the special concierge touches to make homeowner visits special, they have the team in place so you can relax and enjoy your Big Sky retreat!
We've had the opportunity to work with Big Sky Home Management on several properties and have always been impressed by their organization, clear communication, and professionalism. Their team is great to work with, always looking out for their clients as well as the trades they hire, and truly committed to maintaining high standards across the board.
