Ordered a windshield. Box arrived crushed and windshield had small scratches on it. They let me return it under warranty, but instead of a full refund, took 20% off the top and refunded me the remainder (was not made aware until the refund was processed), despite the damaged windshield. They now claim that they weren't really scratches, as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Looked online at Harley for a product that my wife and I needed for our ride in three weeks. Harley was out of it. So I did a quick google search and found that this dealership was advertising that they had one in stock. Great, i went ahead and ordered it. A day later I received an email from the dealership telling me they are out of stock and the product is on back order which wont even ship for another month. We went in there not expecting to buy anything, and we bought 2 new bikes, they made the process easy and fun, they new we were traveling on vacation and had us in and out very quickly! Great place and awesome employees!
Great dealership to work with! I bought a new road glide! They had the color I wanted and the best price around and gave me more than a fair price for my trade!
