Ordered a windshield. Box arrived crushed and windshield had small scratches on it. They let me return it under warranty, but instead of a full refund, took 20% off the top and refunded me the remainder (was not made aware until the refund was processed), despite the damaged windshield. They now claim that they weren't really scratches, as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Looked online at Harley for a product that my wife and I needed for our ride in three weeks. Harley was out of it. So I did a quick google search and found that this dealership was advertising that they had one in stock. Great, i went ahead and ordered it. A day later I received an email from the dealership telling me they are out of stock and the product is on back order which wont even ship for another month.
