The staff is fantastic and the club is nice and clean. The unfortunate thing is the cardio equipment always has one more more machines "down". There has been a treadmill needing repair for 6 months and the one beside it isn't working either. Now a stationary bike is down and the TV feeds on them are sketchy. If they could get the equipment all running I would recommend them. For now I would be hesitant.
Big Sky is a clean and friendly gym with knowledgeable and personable staff and trainers. They have a fantastic variety of equipment and classes. Even the change roons are great, with dry sauna and steam room in each. I can't say enough good things about this gym.

I signed up at Big Sky Fitness today, and honestly, the biggest reason was the amazing customer service. Peter, who assisted us, took the time to walk us through the entire facility, answered all our questions, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. His positive attitude, patience, and willingness to help really stood out.
