Tess and Peter were great today helping me to get my membership ready.
I initially submitted my cancellation request on July 28, meeting the 45-day notice requirement. Despite this, I was charged for services I wasn’t using—after already paying two installments. While I understood the 12-week minimum commitment, the continued billing felt unreasonable and inflexible at the time. However, I’m pleased to share that the issue has since been resolved. Peter Lim was friendly, funny and knowledgeable during the sign up process. He answered my questions and set me up on the right path to get my fitness back.
Andra has been amazing! She made our registration process easier and quick. She also helped with specific requirements we had as a couple related to training sessions. Also, training with Taras at BigSky Gym has been a great experience. He’s very attentive, explains each exercise clearly, and makes sure my posture and form are always correct. I really appreciate the guidance and focus he brings to every session. Highly recommended to anyone looking for personal gym trainer!
Tess was super helpful and gave me a tour around the gym and got me all set up and signed up swiftly!
