My experience at Big Sky Fitness has been awesome from day one! I was able to do a tour of the facility and Andra was so friendly and informative that I immediately felt comfortable. All the staff have been friendly and welcoming, which for me is very important as I was nervous to start working out again after a hiatus (years lol). Great facility with even better staff. Peter helped me get setup with my membership and answered all of the questions I had!
I met Peter at the gym and he's been super kind and helpful. I wasn't sure how to use one of the machines and he immediately offered to show me without hesitation. Really appreciate people like him making the gym feel more welcoming.
The gym is fully stocked and 24/7. The quality is better than the other chain gyms in the area. Been going for 1.5 years and no plans to switch from this gym. The trainers know what they are doing. Having certified RMTs that can talk to your trainer about issues is also very nice.
Big Sky Fitness has created an environment that makes me excited to hit the gym again! The staff are super welcoming, the place is always clean, and the equipment is awesome. Huge shoutout to Dylan Anderson and the LIVEFIT Program; he has changed the game for me. As a cardio fan, I never thought I would enjoy lifting weights, but Dylan has shown me how fun (and rewarding) it can be!
