This is an easy post. Big Sky Electric gets five stars from the person answering the phone at their office to the technician, Beau, who came to the house. Beau was professional, pleasant and educational. He explained everything he was doing and showed me why each problem we had noticed needed to be fixed. He was very patient with my questions. Our water went out and it ended up being some electrical issues. Bo came that day, figured out the issues quickly and gave tips to us with some other things that we could do to fix ourselves and save money. He was professional and did not do things to charge you up the wazoo. Will definitely call him again if we ever need help!

Beware this company does not fully explain their charges when asked. I was told the first hour is $129 and after that it's $95 an hour plus materials. I shocked to get my bill that should have been for 1 hour and it was for 2 hours and 20 minutes. When I called because I thought there was an error on my bill, I was told I had to pay for the time the guy drove to and from my house AND I had to pay for him to stop at a store to get the wire before coming to my house.
