The staff was walking out the door when I ran down the stairs. They insisted on reopening the office and printing my results.

The office staff was super helpful in getting me quotes. They were able to get me in right away. The technician was very attentive to everything I said in answer to her questions & information I volunteered. I was walked through each step of the procedure and a lot of care was made to ensure my comfort. Excellent professional service

I had a good experience here! Nurse Heidi is an angel and so professional. She was compassionate and kind and did a great job of explaining the procedure and talking through each step as we went along. The report was sent to my doctor quickly and the quality of the scan seems to be fine. Also, I really enjoyed the neolithic murals on the walls of the waiting room and exam rooms! I went in and met Dr Cole along with his nurse. The nurse washed her hands which I am thankful for but she told me he was on his lunch break and would be back soon. When he came back he just slipped the gloves on without cleaning his hands first, not to mention treating me rudely. He told me all that was wrong with me but said he couldn’t be too sure unless I came back tomorrow.
