I went in and met Dr Cole along with his nurse. The nurse washed her hands which I am thankful for but she told me he was on his lunch break and would be back soon. When he came back he just slipped the gloves on without cleaning his hands first, not to mention treating me rudely. He told me all that was wrong with me but said he couldn’t be too sure unless I came back tomorrow. They turn away vets sent by urgent care. If your a vet go to St James, you won't be seen at Big Sky. Thank you for nothing.
The employees where very nice. However when in room for my ultrasound. Nurse didnt wash hands nor put on gloves before she handled the Protective glove/condom used to cover equipment that was to go inside me. Put gel on it then grabbed a klenix and placed it on klenix on top of the machine they where using with ((keyboard) to do the ultrasound. Doctor came in and same thing, didnt wash hands nor put on gloves. This has never happened to me before. Granted I insurted myself so only the nurse touched the "clean, sanitary wrap.... read more
