As a resident of Philip Rd I am absolutely fed up with the traffic, parking, lack of access and longevity of this project that was commenced 4 years ago. Having had to navigate and observe the ridiculous comings and goings at this site one wonders when it will come to an end? Other apartments have started and finished and residents moved in while this has been labouring along and still seems no end in sight! I would seriously never consider purchasing or signing up with a builder developer such as this. Appalling!
beware the go slow so that contracts expire and developer can resell for more money. make sure your contract does not allow this developer to cancel the contract if it goes past the completion date.
