We have had many issues with our home built by Big Sky. Most I have fixed myself. However, there was one I couldn't and Big Sky refused to fix it since I was outside our warranty (the house is only 3 x years old!!). I was told that I am one of their "best customers". Wow, this is how "best. customers" are treated. If you have a choice, run away. Don't build with Big Sky! Big Sky made the entire building process smooth and straightforward. Their design and selection system was organized, costs were always clear, and each construction phase was well-coordinated. Tino was consistently accessible and quick to address any questions. The quality of the build far exceeded standard builder-grade materials. We’re truly thrilled with our new home!
Big Sky’s process for design selections and building specifications were well organized and worked well. Costs were always clear and understood. The coordination of trades and sequence of construction based on the different build phases went smoothly and were well organized. The owner Tino was easily accessible to answer questions or address concerns. Any issues were resolved quickly. The build quality is excellent, and goes beyond typical builder grade material’s. We are very happy with our new home!
