We have had many issues with our home built by Big Sky. Most I have fixed myself. However, there was one I couldn't and Big Sky refused to fix it since I was outside our warranty (the house is only 3 x years old!!). I was told that I am one of their "best customers". Wow, this is how "best. customers" are treated. If you have a choice, run away. Don't build with Big Sky! Tino was consistently accessible and quick to address any questions. The quality of the build far exceeded standard builder-grade materials. We’re truly thrilled with our new home!
