They will not refund the overpayment made by my insurance company. I have called numerous times, no response. They received the insurance payment in January. I am filing a complaint with the Dental Board and my insurance company.
Never so disappointed ~ they made me a great set 10 years ago~ fit & wear I was happy with.. but currently got a new set from them ~ the bottoms never fit ( too big- ) then broke at 4 months usage on soft food! They do not warranty their work~ and places charges on what should be warranty work!! Won’t be giving them any more business!!
$200 to repair. They don't fit. He said, "well, that's what you get, i am not doing anything more". The denture is worthless. Unable to wear at all. And this is what i paid to repair for? The denture is as worthless as the man who repaired it.....
I do my follow up care on my dentures at Big Sky Denture Group, this is where I started the whole process of getting dentures. They made it easy and informative. I get right in for follow up appointments and I put my trust in the staff there. I Highly recommend. Sue J.
