They did a repair for us on our Subaru and did a horrible job. The paint job has runs and unfortunately we didn’t check when we picked it up or would have refused to pay. We have contacted them multiple times and even though they admitted it was their mistake they haven’t offered to fix it or refund any money at all. In addition to that they used the vehicle for errands and left some of their personal items in it while stealing some of our items we left in it. So use them at your risk.
These guys are the best! I cant even imagine a bad experience at this shop. They got my truck right in and was fixed in 2 days. I called two other shops and they gave me the run around. Shelley was awesome to work with! I highly recommend Big Sky Collision Center!
We asked them to repair a damaged bumper on our Avalon. The work was perfect, but Javier found a flaw and made his guys fix it to his standards before releasing the car. I couldn't even see it, but he wanted only perfection. We are very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.
