I bought a 14 x 16 hand sewn canvas tent from big sky in 2022. I also bought the specs to put up a permanent frame. I had the frame built to spec, and then we put the tent up on the frame. A couple of days after the tent was up we had a big rain storm. The tent shrunk at lleast 10 inches. The flaps that are supposed to lay on the floor We’re up on the side of the tent. I wrote a google review with Big Sky Canvas on March 7, 2022. They wanted me to email my current address. I sent them my current address. I sent a reminder email on April 7, letting them know I have not received my refund yet. I have not heard from them by email or phone call since I sent the emails. It is now April 12, 2022 and still no refund. All I want is a refund. It is getting frustrating dealing with this company.
