Don't honor their end of the contract after they bill for training in advance. signed up for 22 sessions, $718.20 and I rcvd only 6 seesions, two of them, they put me on the bike or treadmill. They have really gone downhill from a good start a few years ago.
This gym unfortunately is going downhill fast. It started out really great...but nowadays good luck trying to find an equipment(or parking) in the peak hours.. The recent floor remodel which in my opinion is tailored to accommodate their group fitness programs and trainers is the last straw for me. Just an FYI big sky, not everybody is into battle ropes and group fitness. Call me traditional, but my routines dictates the use of weights and machines which this gym is severely lacking now. Big Sky is the best! My Mom and I joined this gym a while back and we couldn't be happier. We especially love the classes. Spinning really makes you sweat (in a good way!) We've been members of other gyms in the past, but they just don't compare.
I've been going since they opened and I really love going to the gym now. I've joined other places and never had a lot of success, but here I just love coming to the gym. Great staff, great trainers, lots of stuff to use, if you're going to join a gym it must be this one. They rock!
