I’ve got to say, your fan payment setup is beyond frustrating. First off, you’re already the most expensive tournament we attend — $25 per day. Everywhere else? $20 or less. Second, there’s no option to pay with cash. Credit card only — and then you tack on a merchant fee. A fee that’s typically added when a customer chooses to pay with a card instead of cash. BIG SHOTS Basketball is a top-tier organization! We love how well-run the events are and how much they do to support athletes. One small suggestion: please consider investing in proper floor mops. During games, coaches and refs are often left using soaked towels to clean wet spots—something that could easily be improved for player safety. Still, an excellent program we’ll continue to participate in and support.

If you are hotel owner or manager, never let a team associated with this group stay at your property. They are destructive and will cost you revenue by disturbing other guests. The coaches smoke weed and do nothing to stop their kids from being a nuisance.
