Can not say enough great things about Big Shot Bikes. The bike arrived on a Wednesday after I placed my order on Saturday. I had missed the promo code for free shipping but they refunded me the shipping cost! Talk about exceptional customer service. just finished the build. very responsive and solid ride. throw some SPD pedals on it and ride. may swap out the 16 cog rear for a 17-18 for hillier terrain later. Fun time on the site, great ride for the $$. Thanks.
Big Shot Bikes is top notch! From start to finish, my experience ordering a bike was flawless. The online tool is easy to use and provides endless customization, the turn around on my order was speedy and the customer service was great too. Best of all, I now own my dream bike and have been riding it daily. After all this time it still runs smooth. I give my full recommendation... I just wish there was an option to give them a sixth star.
