We recently had three facilities converted to LED Through Big Shine. As it is too early to gauge the savings i can at least address the service. I have been in this business for many years and was completely amazed at the service. The crew worked around all of the activities taking place and always cleaned up after themselves. Big Shine exceeded our expectations. They did the bulk of the install at night to minimize the impact to our facility. When done it was amazing how much more light we had where we needed it. Out tipping floor is a safer place to work now it is properly lighted. Both the outside areas and indoor areas are lit up like never before. The difference is like night and day. Our company had sought a cost effective means of converting to LED in a large scale distribution process. When I discovered the direct tube replacement option with incentives, I partnered with Big Shine for the best price. There was a time critical deadline and Big Shine made the deadline and assisted in getting the full utility company rebate. Communication was maintained throughout the install and site visits as well. The product is as advertised -highly recommend the product and the Customer Service!
