The sales team is plenty nice while you're spending thousands (big shock) The delivery schedule, the delivery crew, the customer service, and the condition of my purchases has been less than helpful. Can't even get a manager to address your problems when you get nothing but conflicting information Edit: It's been almost a month and I still don't have the last piece to my fridge and there's been no communication. I can't believe this place still exists.
