Unfortunately they will do anything to get out of a warranty. We have a mattress that sagged after a short period. They voided the warranty because of visible discoloration (stains) however, we use this leak proof mattress cover they sold us and always have had it on. After spending over 15,000 the last 5 years or so at the store…my business is going back to coconis. I should’ve known not to go with a big box store. 🤷♂️ Any doubt just look up my account.
