Dustin did a great job not pushing but educating me about their appliance center. I will definitely go there again!
Our washer, which we have extended warranty, needed a part. They came to see part took a week for them to order but at least we could use it. They came back with part and put it on. They didn’t test washer after fixing it. We tried to use it and now it won’t work at all. We immediately called them and they said couldn’t come back that day. It would be 10 days before they could come back don’t buy anything from big sandy. I won’t be.
