Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.. We purchased two rocker recliners, possibly will be back to make another purchase.
The salesperson, Paul, went out of his way to make sure that we were able to have the best experience shopping for a new refrigerator. He certainly new his inventory, down to each item number, without having to look it up. We took about 2 weeks to make our final choice, and Paul was patient with us every step of the way. He gave us great advice about the pros and cons of each one we looked at. We definitely recommend the Zanesville Big Sandy store, and will shop there first for our next major appliance purchase.

It was awesome. The furniture manager showed us a few items and left us to look on our own. We made a decision he typed up our order and we checked out. It was at the Zanesville Superstore and the manager’s name was Harold Dill. Everyone was polite and courteous. Will be returning when we are in need of something they carry.
