Good price, terrible service and follow through. As soon as they make a sale they do NOT care what happens! Literally said, "we dont pay attention to pick ups". Then why did you ask me what time slot I wanted??? You didnt even notify me that you didnt have it after you told me to pick it up then and I drive an hour to pick it up for nothing???? There is no care at all. They will blame online sales or another branch.

Have always had great experiences at Big Sandy. We have bought couches, mattresses, bedroom suites, tables, appliances, literally almost everything from here. Up until this past time I would have given 5 stars. However this time the delivery drivers took a chunk out of our wall and our staircase while they were bringing our furniture in. We live in a brand new house that we just built and when we contacted big sandy they asked for pictures and we have yet to hear anything back.
