Service stinks bought a full kitchen set fridge broke in 2 weeks sent out a teck pulled out the part and left. A month later I had to call to see what was going on and was told that they have the part. But will not work with us to get it put in they are horrible don't recommend them at all

the worst store ever! The employees do not add the coverage you ask for on the receipts and when you try to turn in a warrenty they will not service you for the employees do not put it into the computer right. Not to mention they tell you that the 10 yr plan covers everything when in fact it does not it only covers parts. Corporate does not care about their customers, and that "Golden rule" means absalutly nothing to them. Do not ever buy a thing from them - they will do or say something that will screw you over.

Prices aren't all that fantastic The numerous times I have been in this store, their prices don't seem to be better than other places here in town. In fact if you hit the right sales, you can get electronics much cheaper at other stores. They do have pretty good prices when they have one of their tent sales, you just have to watch for damage.

Poor service Although prices can be good, you usually get what you pay for. I purchased a living room set that was delivered with a flaw in the material. I was told a new cushion cover would be ordered within days. Weeks later it had not materialized and the mattress on the sofa bed was damaged as well. Finally I insisted on a refund, which was eventually and reluctantly given.

Purchased and paid for 3 recliners and a couch on July 22, 2020. On November, yes November 10, 2020 they delivered all the furniture. One of the recliners, Catnapper was electric with heat and massage. They did not plug in and check out just left. Recliner would not work. Turning it over the mechanism was bent a complete mess. Called and told them. Wanted to repair and is wait 2 week, no. There was a tag on the chair said discounted floor sample. I did not buy a used chair. They picked up the chair.
