Wow $250 deposit 5 years ago & I gained $6.50 in interest? Just so happens my bill went up $40+ more the exact same time my bill was due? Tried to discuss with the representative but she cut me short & said "have a nice day" while hanging up, when I was in mid sentence. Not cool
Even the slightest gust of wind knocks out the power, and when I try to call and report it the line is always too busy. It’s truly sad when an electric company can’t even keep their customers with power
Great service and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
Screwed me out of money by not processing payments when they should have.
