if they had a negative 5 million stars that is what i would give them. had so many things go wrong and they never wanna make up for it spend 4500.00 on new kitchen appliances, they get delivered and scratched up, and dents drawers broken to be told that i have a service warrenty that i purchased to use it to have it fixed. then order a sectional to have the wrong sectional delivered to me. and now my washer is broke because the tech thought he knew what was wrong with it over the phone instead of coming and looking at it, fo... read more
The only reason they got one star is because I had to to submit the review. I bought new sofa and love-seat I was told they were the top of the line the best I could buy. They were just high priced junk. They won't replace them or give me a refund just keep jerking me around service department is a joke and so is the management they do not care about you after the sale. They will not stand behind what they sale I will never do business here again, take your money somewhere else
They sell over priced junk that they won't stand behind, the service and management just jerk you around hoping you will give up. What a joke they are!!! Don't waste your hard earned money with these clowns
The employees do not add the coverage you ask for on the receipts and when you try to turn in a warrenty they will not service you for the employees do not put it into the computer right. Not to mention they tell you that the 10 yr plan covers everything when in fact it does not it only covers parts. Corporate does not care about their customers, and that "Golden rule" means absalutly nothing to them. Do not ever buy a thing from them - they will do or say something that will screw you over.
The last time i ordered something they didnt get it in on time.
