Service stinks bought a full kitchen set fridge broke in 2 weeks sent out a teck pulled out the part and left. A month later I had to call to see what was going on and was told that they have the part. But will not work with us to get it put in they are horrible don't recommend them at all
our living room was delivered on time and with care. the young men that delivered it were fast and very polit.
Watch what you buy here and make sure the invoice matches what and the price you were offered. Also staff is just trying to make a sale for their commission so pay attention what you are actually buying. Love Big Sandy but will not return to this store.
Big Sandy Furniture Superstore at the Summit Ky location is great.. All the salespeople and the finance personal are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have visited several times and purchased from various departments and always have been treated with kindness and respect.
I spent all day searching for a recliner. As I am 4'11" this was no small task. I finally went to Big Sandy. When I told Wes that I needed the recliner for medical reasons, he went way beyond any other sales rep that day. For well over an hour, Wes helped me find the best fit and comfort. I found a chair that was comfortable but was manual. Wes helped me custom order the chair with power and even helped me pick out a beautiful fabric. I highly recommend Wes Lockhart at Big Sandy, Southridge!!

Bought a living room set six months later it started peeling bought steel framed so it would last us for a long time they want 1,500 to fix it will never go back
I give this store a negative 5. All their stuff is way overpriced. I bought $3,200 worth of furniture and appliances. The bunk bed was scratched and chipped. The couch cushions are stiff and won't stay on. The couch tore. They came and sewed it but it didn't last it tore again within a few months. The other end of the couch tore in the same spot. The cored that you pull to recline which is made of cheap plastic broke. This furniture has had less than 18 months wear. I will never buy from Big Sandy again.
Don't waste your money dealing with these clowns worst service and management I've ever had the deal with !!!!! Junk at top of line prices
