We were absolutely blown away by this flower delivery! I did the custom arrangement for my first order, and it was so much larger than expected!! Amazing bouquet made with care -- delivered early, too! Thank you, I'll be returning!

Flowers from my husband were black on the edges and split. He spent $350 and this was for my birthday. Big red flag was that they had clearly been sitting and had not been freshly done because the waterline was down an inch and water looked old when they delivered it to me. He sent them a complaint because not only did I not get the chocolates he sent me but the arrangement was not fresh and they offered to credit for the chocolates making excuses for the expensive arrangement. Grace was a pleasure to work with. I use Grace for everything— floral arrangements for holidays, birthdays, etc. She also creates amazing tablescapes for larger parties that I have. I cannot say enough about Big Rose— professional, creative and prompt. Not to mention a lot of fun!
