My partner and I had a fantastic experience at Big Rock Toyota buying our new family car. From day one Amira (sales) and Jake (finance) were absolutely lovely, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. If you want to service your car at this place good luck. The service was terrible, no respect for the customers, and no clear communication with them at all. They quote me different price with different service. When they completed the service, the fail to notify me until 15 minutes before they were due to close for the day. I had to call they to let me know that they were closing in 15 minutes.
