Excellent service at Big Rock Toyota. Lucy Knight provided outstanding customer service—very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. The technicians did a spotless job servicing my 79 Series Land Cruiser, and it was a great surprise to have the car washed for free before pickup. Highly recommend Big Rock Toyota for their quality workmanship and great customer care.
Staff are very pushy, they try to force you into buying a car and signing peices of paper on the spot, in the end the car actually ended up being cheaper at another Toyota dealership.
Excellent service from Michelle - her was communication was very clear and she was very responsive. Overall, very happy!
