My first and last car service with Big Rock Toyota. Although I live south of the river, I chose to return to this dealership out of loyalty as a new Toyota customer who purchased from them in August 2025. That loyalty wasn’t reflected. Hi, I bought a brand new 2025 Toyota Corolla hybrid hatchback in July. Rob the sales person has been amazingly helpful. A week after getting the car I found out that the boot hinges were rusty. I took it back to the Toyota dealer. I pointed out the rusty bit on the boot hinges to Matt, general sales manager. He said that it was not rust. The service department people cleaned it and applied some rust protector but after a week the brown marks or rust appeared.
