I placed an order through Big Rock Supply and selected 3 day shipping service. I recieved a Reciept fro the transaction and then an email letting me know that my order was being processed and would ship "ASAP". After 3 days I hadn't recieved my order or any other communication regarding it's status. I emailed to learn the status of the order and was told that the manufacturer was behind in production and it would take a few days for it to ship.
