Item was ordered July 27. On August 8th after a report here from non-action, a company representative contacted me. They were quite responsive, but I shouldn't have to guilt a firm into fulfilling a transactional obligation. I don't know why this order originally went unfulfilled. The item arrived on August 9th. I appreciate the effort the company made after i reported that they hadn't fulfilled the order. The product is exactly what I ordered and I could finally start installing my siding.
Item was ordered July 27. It’s August 7th now. No updates from company. No apologies. Nothing. Now I have to void the sale through my credit card co and order elsewhere. Just tell the truth if you don’t have the item so you can keep your customers happy.
