I’m glad I was able to find what I was looking for on there website. However, I was a little taken back by the cost of the shipping for a little box that’s no bigger than the palm of my hand. The product I purchased was $50 and the shipping $25.

Overall great experience ordering flat roofing tools through these guys. Customer service is always available to talk with any product inquiries. Will use Big Rock Supply in the future.
On 9/22 I made urgent calls to express the need for everything to be shipped in a timely manner and the timeline I was against. 10/2 I finally get shipping confirmation with a tracking number that doesn’t seem to exist.
