Neon Plumbing was excellent to work with. Hyrum was fantastic very personable. Showed up at the expected time. walked me through everything he was going to do and what the expectations were and took care of the issue flawlessly!! I couldn't be happier with my service
Trent and Hyrum at Neon were great. They replaced the pan under my water heater. The quote I got was over $1,000 less than the competitors and they completed more than what the competition was going to do. They were also great to work with on schedule.
We highly recommend Neon Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning of Utah. Their service manager Trent and apprentice Hiram did an excellent job of finding our plumbing problem and correcting it. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clean.
Trent was great! Had a little plumbing scare we weren’t sure how serious and he fixed it asap. He also explained what the situation was and kept things quick. Would definitely call him for any future issues.
Trent and his team are the best I’ve ever worked with. They have done multiple jobs for me from water heaters to sinks. They know their stuff. And they are so kind. I’d recommend them to anyone. They are truly 5 star.
