Our experience with Eric Boucher @ Big Rock Home was great. My son and I wanted to build a family home in Hurricane and came across a Boucher Built home next to another builders home and looked at both, the Boucher built home had far better quality. First, if you are considering building with this company drive around and ask people who have already built with him, I really really wish I had ! Our experience was quite negative, as mentioned in the other review it was true for me - temper and selective memory as well as inflated prices. We were warned by others during construction to look out for a price increase, and got a BIG price increase days before closing. We had a poor experience with Big Rock. Promises not kept. Inflated prices over previous srstements. Selective memory issues at an alarming rate. As well as an out of control temper. Save yourself the headaches and steer clear of this guy.
