AWESOME Eye Doctor. Very friendly and competent staff.
First time at this optometrist. Dr. Lumpkin took his time to explain to me in terms I could understand and not worry over. I have the very beginnings of cataracts in each eye. Now I can get insurance involved. It is nice to understand in easy terminology so the ball can get rolling in fixing the problem.
All staff was prompt and very proficient in explaining procedures. My case was handled in step by step goals.
Great people, Great service. Everyone I've dealt with are friendly and professional. Dr. Ross is the best!
