I came expecting just a spot to pull over and stretch my legs, didnt think it would be this good. The river access is super easy and the water was clear, not muddy at all. My kids jumped right in and splasher around for like two hours, they didnt want to leave. there are these big flat rocks along the shore where you can set up a chair, its simple and pretty quiet. We forgot snacks but thats ok because the drive there is beautiful to look at. id come back here next weekend if I could, seriously it was such a chill afternoon.... read more
Great views of the river with a large parking lot and very clean bathrooms. Nice walking area and im sure its a great river spot in the summer, unfortunately I was here during the winter. Little boat ramp going into the water.
Super beautiful there's a runway there for small planes totally flat and nice to walk on right along the river
