Incredible. 40c hot day and a perfect spot for swimming. Dog friendly. Be respectful and clean up after yourself and your pet. Beautiful day use area. Lots of parking
I came expecting just a spot to pull over and stretch my legs, didnt think it would be this good. The river access is super easy and the water was clear, not muddy at all. My kids jumped right in and splasher around for like two hours, they didnt want to leave. there are these big flat rocks along the shore where you can set up a chair, its simple and pretty quiet. We forgot snacks but thats ok because the drive there is beautiful to look at. id come back here next weekend if I could, seriously it was such a chill afternoon.... read more
