We came into Hinton with truck troubles. We were distraught and in a hurry to get to Kamloops having lost a family member. The staff was amazing. We were on the road in a brand new jeep rental within 15 minutes. The dealership checked in to make sure everything was ok and also did the repairs on the truck ASAP so we could pick it up on our way home. We appreciated the compassion and excellent service. Mitch James called me earlier in the week, told me he had a buyer for my jeep, made me this fantastic deal, then left us on cliff hangers for 3 days. Finally calls us back and is incredibly difficult to work with. Grandpa always said “how do you know a car salesman is lying? Every time their mouth moves.” He proved that to be true.
