This was our 3rd visit to Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort, we love the trail system and the option of water activities on the Siever River. The only complaint is they have not improved the WiFi coverage and there is no cell reception in the park, you have to travel up to the check-in office to send out a text.
Truly don’t bother. We rented a cabin for our anniversary, hoping for a cozy place to come back to between activities, and what we got was one of, if not the worst room we’ve ever stayed in (and we’re not elitists when it comes to lodging; we’ve stayed at our share of inns, motels, and super 8s). The room was so filthy and smelled like they had fumigated it with floral car fresheners, that we didn’t even want to be there.
