Me and my family used to see Dr.Rick before he retired, and he was absolutely amazing, we have never had a better vet. since his retirement, my mom and I have seen Dr.Daine. I brought in my cat, Missy, who is quite an anxious cat, and I’ve never felt more comfortable and understood during a vet appointment. I was interested in getting my cat on anti-anxiety medication as I have quite literally tried EVERYTHING you could possibly imagine to make her more comfortable. Came here for an exam and was advised they'd get back to me the following week with info and a quote for my pets surgery. The following week I had to follow up, and now it's been a month and still no communication. Would not recommend spending money here. I did not feel comfortable from the start when I came for my appointment, asked for the price of canned food at the front and had to ask twice because they forgot to actually check.
