Added months of costly delays to my build due to their incompetence in designing our trusses and then charged more than they quoted. Zoran the sales rep has zero customer service, was not interested in finding a solution and is extremely rude.
I’ve been buying materials from Big River for years, and they’ve always been a pleasure to deal with. Their pricing is fair, stock is reliable, and service is consistent. Special mention to Ralf—he always goes above and beyond to help with orders, provide advice, and make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s rare to find a supplier who combines great products with such professional and friendly service. Highly recommend them.
This place sucks. Staff are rude and insulting better off shopping at the big green shed. At least there they follow Australian consumer law regarding refunds 8 years on, trading under another name, don't know what their like now. Let's hope it's not the same owners and staff.
I recently visited here and was incredibly disappointed with the service. Hayden and Travel, in particular, were unhelpful and made the experience frustrating. Going to the yard felt like a waste of time as no work seemed to get done on site. To make matters worse, their supervisor, Henry, was even more unprofessional and arrogant. The entire staff came across as rude and uninterested in assisting customers. Honestly, this place should just close down.
