This place sucks. Staff are rude and insulting better off shopping at the big green shed. At least there they follow Australian consumer law regarding refunds 8 years on, trading under another name, don't know what their like now. Let's hope it's not the same owners and staff.
I recently visited here and was incredibly disappointed with the service. Hayden and Travel, in particular, were unhelpful and made the experience frustrating. Going to the yard felt like a waste of time as no work seemed to get done on site. To make matters worse, their supervisor, Henry, was even more unprofessional and arrogant. The entire staff came across as rude and uninterested in assisting customers. Honestly, this place should just close down.
One of the best places to go to if your dream home or buisness needs timber, and every other accessories. Not only for the quality of the product but the quality of how you are served and how it's picked and packed and how it's delivered to you. Come here and be welcomed by lovely people. Thanks for having me, the best place and people I've been lucky to have been around. Will see you guys again. Ps. Be kind to hayden, he's one of the best workers with the biggest heart, he's still young and has a big future ahead of him.
