Very confused and disappointed. $140 more for previous simple service. Less done and more expensive. More confused by what they don’t do for extra cost. Won’t be paying My Expert Toyota dealers ever again.
Thank you Nathan for your exceptional customer service and professionalism. You made the process of my selling my car stress free. You explained all the steps clearly and delivered and settled within timeframes as promised. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend my friends.
Good deals on your next car. No nonsense service and advice
Just went there for a check and most of all we needed a wheel alignment - which we made it clear was our priority. When we went to pick up the car they informed us (the guy in the reception (not even a mechanic) that they didn't do the alignment! Now our car has more issues that before we took it there! Totally unprofessional!
