Terrible treatment by management, mechanics, and spare parts manager, no respect for myself or my car, 9 weeks to get my car back it was left out in the 40 degree heat wrapped is damaged now worse than before, they got me to source my own parts and then were smug when the parts were wrong.. my car was eventually returned to me still running rough, still needs more work, but I was charged 2k from them for work that wasn't complete as I asked as it was running rough when I took it in and it still is now, I'll absolutely never ... read more
Great service from the Big River Toyota team, especially to Jamie Gudgeon the Service Manager. Faced with a difficult task of finding the problem with our broken down Prado whilst we were on the road with our caravan, we were looked after in every way. Jamie and his service team returned the car to us looking, sounding and feeling like new. Thank you to everyone involved.
