Big River Tile does a great job. They have done two projects for us on our new shop and our home remodel. The tilesetters do exceptional work, and their attention to detail is impeccable. We will use them anytime we need tile work, and would highly recommend them to anyone. True craftsmen/women are getting rarer and rarer, and customer service is mostly dead. Not at Big River Tile! We had Big River tile do considerable work on our new house. The installers did a great job. The owner of the company argued with me about how I wanted the shower done until he finally wore me down. I'm sorry I relented. They also installed warm floor tiles in the master bath. After four year the thermostat broke down. I called and texted Big River several times and they never returned a call and failed to help me out replacing the thermostat. I finally had to order one online.
