Big River Roofing came to the rescue after a disaster when problems with a recently installed roof caused the ceiling on my mid century house to collapse. (another local contractor). Dean with all his expertise and the capable BRR team did a complete refit on the entire flat roof to fix the many and complex issues. A year later I am grateful to Big River Roofing knowing the ceilings and the beautiful art deco cornices are protected and the humidity levels in the house are now within normal ranges.

Had a roof replacement done, the quality of the new roof install was good but they heavily lacked in every other area. For a simple gable roof start to finish the job took a total of two months to complete instead of the 3 days we were told at the start and the only communication I received the entire time was when I chased them up and reached out first after weeks of silence. At the end of the job they had also left our flue cap damaged that was "fixed" with half a tube of silicone.
I have just had my second roof replacement on another property done by Big River Roofing and I will say this again, if you are considering a roof replacement, a roof of any type go to these fine people first. From the person who picks up the phone in the office to the tradie that picks up the screws on the job site they ALL first class as is their work, customer service and workmanship.
