Starting out with them I had some issues but once I switched from dsl to broadband they've been golden. I'll take these guys over AT&T and Comcast any day. I work with the other two at work and there's always an issue. Thanks big River, seriously.
I wish i could give this terrible disgusting joke of an ISP less than one star. My HIGHEST download rate is 187kb/s and it takes me A WEEK to upload a video to youtube. I am fed up with this piece of crap.
Totally agree with the other reviewer on Big River's TERRIBLE services. I live in Lakeland and it is absolutely ridiculous that we have to put up with such incredibly bad download speeds. It sounds crazy that someone would want to move out of their home just to find a better internet but I can't wait to move out! So much of the world is structured around good internet services.
