⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Crystal is a truly gifted craniosacral therapist. Her calm, intuitive presence creates such a safe and relaxing space. I leave sessions feeling relaxed and nurtured. Crystal has a wonderful ability to tune into what the body needs, and her treatments are both gentle and powerful. I’m very grateful for her work and highly recommend her.
After just one visit I've never felt so much pain relief !!! I would highly recommend a chiropractor over a physiotherapist as a chiropractor is more hands on an doesn't hand you out sheets of paper for your entire visit for exercises for you to do at home...
