My Name is SAVAGE SCIENTIST on Youtube. Placed an order for glass and they did not give me any receipt, then they said its a special order and it would take up to 2 more weeks. After initially having them do a large job for us that cost over $10,000, we decided to have them quote us for some additional work on our new construction to include showers, cabinet glass and mirrors. On November 3rd we received the quote, but it inaccurately listed showers that should have been mirrors which had our price approximately $3,000 too much. Super unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled with them last Friday from 12-2. They never showed up, and then called after my appointment window saying they were on the way to me. I had kept the baby awake for hours waiting on them. No apology or explanation of any kind. Against my better judgment, I gave them a second chance; we rescheduled for Monday from 10-12. Prompt, clean, great service. Very helpful in coming up with a solution to my dog repeatedly breaking windows. Excellent to work with and I will be using them again.
