Service was friendly and helpful from the start as we investigated what was possible, right through to installation, which was careful and professional. Our installers actually went "above and beyond" with an unforeseen problem installing one window. Would readily recommend Big River Glass.
prompt efficient service. Cleaned up well.
The workers were very accomodating and worked hard. There were a couple of hiccups with the product not fitting properly and they managed to make alterations to rectify this. However one of the sliding doors is not closing properly. Unfortunately I don’t use Google videos. I will send separate email with video.
Have always used the services of Big River Glass, very professional and high quality product and service, the friendly staff are always accommodating. David & Lee Brown
